The organiser of this event is 3 Principles Ireland Community. This is a voluntary group committed to supporting mental health and wellbeing through the transformative understanding of the 3 Principles as articulated by the late Sydney Banks.

• The fee for the event must be paid in full at the time of booking

• Confirmation of registration will be sent via email upon receipt of payment.

• Tickets are non-refundable.

• In case of event cancellation by the organisers, a full refund, minus transaction fees, will be issued to all registered participants.

• In exceptional circumstances a transfer of registration to another participant will be facilitated, a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the event is required. 

• The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event and  in such circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund, minus transaction fees, or the option to attend the rescheduled event.

• The organiser is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

• Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and associated costs.

• Participants are advised to take out travel insurance.

• Participant information will be used solely for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

•  By registering, participants agree to receive communications related to the event.

The organiser shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants promptly.
